What Antam Said About the Single-Gate Export Scheme via DSI

3 hours ago 2

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - PT Aneka Tambang Tbk. (Antam) responds to the single-gate export policy through PT Danantara Sumberdaya Indonesia (DSI). The regulation is implemented gradually, starting today, Monday, June 1, 2026. Three natural resource commodities included in this one-door export scheme are crude palm oil (CPO), coal, and ferroalloy.

Antam Corporate Secretary, Wisnu Danandi Haryanto, stated that the company views this step as part of the government's efforts to strengthen the governance of national strategic commodity trade, increase the added value of natural resources, and strengthen Indonesia's position in the global supply chain.

"Antam will certainly comply with the provisions and direction of the government in accordance with applicable regulations," he said in a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange, quoted on Monday, June 1, 2026.

According to Wisnu, Antam currently has a strong focus on meeting domestic market needs, especially for downstream products and national strategic commodities. He stated that the company's business strategy focuses on strengthening the domestic market while optimizing select, sustainable export opportunities.

Based on the consolidated financial statements for the period ending on March 31, 2026, Antam's domestic sales amounted to Rp28.31 trillion, or equivalent to 97 percent of total net sales. "This achievement reflects the company's strategy in strengthening the domestic industry ecosystem and supporting the creation of value-added minerals domestically," said Wisnu.

Coordinating Minister for the Economy Airlangga Hartarto stated that during the transition period, exporters are given time to adjust before full implementation on January 1, 2027. He explained that during this transition period, export companies are required to report their export activities through or to PT DSI.

"The implementation will take effect starting tomorrow, which is a transition period where export activities are carried out as usual by the respective company," said Airlangga in a press conference on the operational preparations of PT Danantara Sumberdaya Indonesia in Jakarta, Sunday, May 31, 2026. Reporting from the company to the state-owned export enterprise will be served by the Directorate General of Customs and Excise of the Ministry of Finance.
