TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Antam’s gold hits record-high prices on Thursday, April 3, 2025, reaching Rp17,000 per gram.
Quoting the Logam Mulia page, today's gold price stood at Rp1,836,000 per gram after Wednesday’s Rp1,819,000. The price had previously dropped by Rp7,000 compared to the gold price on Tuesday, April 1.
Meanwhile, the buyback price for Antam gold bars today also rose by 17,000 to Rp1,688,000 per gram. Buyback transactions exceeding Rp10,000,000 will be subject to a 1.5 percent income tax (PPh 22).
This regulation is in accordance with the updated Minister of Finance Regulation No. 112/PMK.03/2022, which governs the Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) for individuals, business entities, and government institutions. The amendment also allows investors to use their National Identity Number (NIK) as NPWP. PPh 22 will be automatically deducted from the total buyback transaction value.
