KPK Traces Money Flow in Accounts of Suspects in PT Jembatan Nusantara Case

12 hours ago 2

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is tracing the money flow into Adjie's account, the owner of PT Jembatan Nusantara, who has been a corruption suspect in the collaboration and acquisition of his company by PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) during the period of 2019-2022. KPK Spokesperson, Budi Prasetyo, said that the tracing of the fund flow was obtained through the testimony of a witness from the Branch Manager of Bank Panin KCU Senayan.

The Bank Panin, Budi said, attended the examination on Monday, June 30, 2025. The examination took place at the KPK's Merah Putih building in South Jakarta. "The second witness explained the money flow in the account of suspect A (Adjie) and his company," Budi said in an official statement on Tuesday, July 1, 2025.

Previously, KPK had raided two houses located in South Jakarta on Monday night, June 23, 2025. From the raid, KPK seized five cars, consisting of two Lexus cars, one Maybach, one Alphard, and one Xpander. Additionally, Budi said that the investigators also confiscated short and long barrel firearms with a caliber of 32. "The investigators also carried out the seizure notice on the houses and land located in Pondok Indah, South Jakarta," he said.

In this case, KPK has named four people as suspects. In addition to Adjie, there are Ira Puspadewi, who was the President Director of PT ASDP from 2017 to 2024, Muhammad Yusuf Hadi, who served as the Commercial and Service Director of PT ASDP from 2019 to 2024, and Harry Muhammad Adhi Caksono, who was the Planning and Development Director of PT ASDP from 2020 to 2024.

KPK has transferred the case files for three suspects from PT ASDP to the public prosecutor. Adjie has not been detained by KPK due to health reasons.

The Head of the Task Force or Kasatgas of KPK, at that time led by Budi Sukmo, said that this corruption case began when the owner of PT Jembatan Nusantara, Adjie, who owned many ships, offered an acquisition to PT ASDP in 2014. However, at that time, some of the directors of PT ASDP rejected it on the grounds that the ships owned by PT JN were already old.

Four years later, Ira was inaugurated as the President Director of PT ASDP Ferry Indonesia. Then, Adjie offered cooperation and acquisition again. The cooperation was accepted and continued during the period of 2020-2021.

KPK suspects that the company's acquisition process was disguised. One indication is the ship examination valuation documents. The valuation by KJPP MBPRU (ship valuation) was engineered to approach the value predetermined by Adjie and was known and approved by the PT ASDP directors.
