TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto inaugurated Rohmat Marzuki as the Deputy Minister of Forestry at the State Palace, Central Jakarta, on Wednesday, September 17, 2025. The Head of State also inaugurated Afriansyah Noor as the Deputy Minister of Manpower and Farida Farichah as the Deputy Minister of Cooperatives.
The appointments are stipulated in Presidential Decree or Keppres Number 96P/2025 concerning the dismissal and appointment of ministers and deputy ministers of the Red and White Cabinet for the 2024-2029 period.
President Prabowo then led the oath. The appointed participants followed with their oaths after Prabowo's. "By Allah, I swear that I will be loyal to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and will carry out all legislation with utmost loyalty for the sake of my devotion to the nation and the state. In carrying out my duties, I will uphold the ethics of the position and work to the best of my ability with a sense of responsibility," reads the oath.
Following the official inauguration, the ministers and deputy ministers signed the inauguration minutes. The signing was witnessed directly by President Prabowo.
President Prabowo Subianto previously inaugurated four ministers and one deputy minister at the State Palace in Central Jakarta on Monday afternoon, September 8, 2025. The inauguration was held after Prabowo reshuffled the composition of coordinating ministers, ministers, and deputy ministers.
The coordinating ministers and ministers who were moved are the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs, Budi Gunawan; the Minister of Cooperatives, Budi Arie; the Minister of Youth and Sports, Dito Ariotedjo; the Minister of Finance, Sri Mulyani; and the Minister of the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers (P2MI), Abdul Kadir Karding.
The ministers and deputy ministers were inaugurated based on Presidential Decree Number 86 of 2025. This decree appointed Mochamad Irfan Yusuf as the Minister of Hajj and Umrah; Dahnil Anzar Simanjuntak as the deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah; Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa as the Minister of Finance; Mukhtarudin as the Minister of the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers (P2MI); and Ferry Juliantono as the Minister of Cooperatives.
