TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) has opened vacancies under the national internship program for university graduates holding bachelor's and associate degrees to work within the ministry. The PANRB Ministry has designated 76 positions spanning job analysis, archiving, legal services, data analysis, computer administration, policy analysis, data and information processing, and financial management.
Ministry of PANRB Secretary Reni Suzana stated that the initiative marks the ministry's involvement in the second batch of the 2026 national internship program. Reni noted that the program offers interns room to familiarize themselves with the civil service work environment while cultivating potential that aligns with job market demands.
"This program is an opportunity for university graduates to gain direct work experience, build their competencies, and prepare for an increasingly dynamic job market," Reni said in a statement released on Sunday, July 26, 2026.
Selected candidates will receive an allowance equivalent to the Jakarta Provincial Minimum Wage, along with employment social security covering occupational accident and death benefits. Additionally, participants will earn internship completion certificates and professional competency credentials issued by the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP). Interns will receive direct mentorship throughout the duration of the program.
For prospective applicants, registration is open from July 16 to 28, 2026, via the magang.hub.kemenaker.go.id portal. Applicants must first set up an account on the SIAPkerja platform, complete their personal profile and required documentation, and select their preferred internship roles.
Following the application deadline, the selection process will take place from July 29 through August 5, 2026. Successful candidates will be announced on August 7, with the internship officially commencing on August 10, 2026. The program is set to run for six months. Eligibility is limited to associate and bachelor's degree holders who graduated within the past year, as verified by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology database.
Reni expressed hope that the initiative will offer participants more than professional exposure, acting as a collaborative space for fresh ideas. "The presence of young talent equipped with creativity, adaptability, and perspectives will add real value in supporting future bureaucratic transformation," she said.
