TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Various posts regarding registration for the 2026 Free Livestock Assistance Program have been circulating on Facebook—specifically via account 1 [archived] and account 2—since June 2026. The program claims to aim at boosting family economies and the welfare of livestock farmers, with simple eligibility requirements.

Internet users are asked to access a registration form via a shared link or the link in the profile bio, and then enter their personal details as they appear on their national ID cards. The promised livestock assistance includes cattle, goats, buffaloes, pigs, and poultry.

Are these registration links for the 2026 livestock assistance program legitimate?

FACT CHECK

Tempo verified the content using reverse image searches and confirmation from credible sources. The results indicate that the link is not an official site for accessing the livestock assistance program. Legitimate information regarding livestock assistance is published solely through the Ministry of Agriculture's official channels, including the website www.pertanian.go.id.

Tempo’s investigation revealed that the shared link leads to a digital registration form at https://daftarkanseegera.netlify.app/. Users are asked to provide personal details such as their name, province, and an active Telegram number. Submitting such personal data carries a risk of misuse for online scams, such as phishing.

The Directorate General of Livestock and Animal Health Services of the Ministry of Agriculture, via its official account @ditjen_pkh, has warned the public to be vigilant against scams masquerading as livestock assistance programs.

“Always ensure that the information you receive comes from an official website, a verified social media account, the Livestock Agency, or the Ministry itself,” the account stated.

In another post, the Directorate General urged the public not to provide personal data—such as ID cards (KTP), bank account numbers, or other sensitive identification details—to untrusted parties.

Assistance via BRMP

According to the official website of the Center for Agricultural Assembly and Modernization Management (BRMP), the Ministry of Agriculture oversees agricultural assistance programs across Indonesia through the BRMP. This agency performs regional coordination functions across 38 provinces to ensure programs reach the intended targets effectively.

Leveraging the BRMP network across various regions, the Ministry optimizes program support, the verification and validation of Prospective Recipients and Locations (CPCL), planting acceleration, the implementation of agricultural modernization, downstreaming efforts, and field monitoring.

Last July, the Serang City Food Security, Agriculture, and Fisheries Agency—through its Livestock and Animal Health Division—accompanied a team from the Banten Provincial Agriculture Agency to verify prospective recipients and locations (CPCL) for a laying hen assistance program scheduled for the 2026 fiscal year.

The verification process took place with the Bina Bangun Farmer Group in Sawah Luhur Urban Village, Kasemen District, Serang City, to confirm the readiness of both the prospective recipients and the proposed assistance sites.

CONCLUSION

Tempo’s verification concludes that the claim regarding the "2026 Livestock Assistance Registration" program video is false.
