CANTIKA.COM, Jakarta - French President Emmanuel Macron is currently on a state visit to Indonesia as part of his Southeast Asia tour. President Macron and his wife, Brigitte Macron, arrived in Indonesia on the night of Tuesday, May 27, 2025
The following day, Emmanuel and Brigitte met with President Prabowo Subianto at the Merdeka Palace in Jakarta. During the meeting, Brigitte appeared elegant and feminine.
She wore a shiny satin blouse and skirt set featuring a black chain pattern. Her long-sleeved blouse was accented with a neck ribbon, while her midi-length pleated skirt added to the refined look. Brigitte accessorized with a bracelet, a watch, and a pair of blue stiletto heels. Her hairstyle, with voluminous waves and side-swept bangs, maintained her signature appearance.
Later that day, Brigitte visited the National Museum, also known as the Elephant Museum. She was accompanied by Didit Hediprasetyo, the son of President Prabowo. Minister of Tourism Widi Wardhana and singer Anggun C. Sasmi were also seen accompanying the French First Lady.

In Jakarta on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, Brigitte adopted a more edgy style during her museum visit. She wore a navy blue blazer with a high collar and round silver buttons, paired with matching pants. Black ankle boots completed her ensemble.
Photos shared on Didit’s Instagram Stories showed Brigitte exploring various rooms at the L’Art Botanique du Paradis exhibition. The contemporary exhibition was held to commemorate 75 years of diplomatic ties between Indonesia and France and was organized by the Didit Hediprasetyo Foundation.

One installation, Tropical Tranquil, curated by Roland Adam, featured creations by Indonesian designers. Another, Black Room: The Soul Gallery, curated by Prasetio Budhi, presented dark and introspective works.
Tenun Rose Lounge, curated by Viviane Faye, celebrated Indonesia’s cultural heritage through songket fabric. The Wastra, curated by Joke Ross, invited reflection on history and the evolving spirit of modern batik.
Today, Thursday, May 29, 2025, President Emmanuel Macron and Brigitte Macron are scheduled to visit the Magelang Military Academy and the Borobudur Temple in Central Java.
